These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MyMcKenzieCS, operated by Lenjordan Ltd.
The platform is a case-support workspace for legal support professionals and self-represented users. It includes professional dashboards, client portals, inbox messaging, document sharing, meeting tools, notes, reminders, and AI-assisted support.
By creating an account, using the platform, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to the applicable privacy and cookie policies.
- Nature of the Service
- MyMcKenzieCS provides organisational, procedural, drafting, note-taking, reminder, and AI-assisted support
- We are not a law firm
- We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, advocacy, or reserved legal activities
- You remain responsible for your own case strategy, filings, deadlines, evidence choices, and compliance with court rules
- Eligibility and Authority
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate account and billing information
- You must have the right to upload, store, share, and process the material you place in the platform
- If you are a professional, you confirm that you have authority to invite clients, share matter data, and manage the workspace you create
- Professional and Client Portal Use
- You are responsible for any invitation, message, document, meeting link, or reminder you send through the platform
- You must use correct email addresses and only invite people you are authorised to connect to the workspace
- You must not share material that you do not have a lawful right to share
- You must keep your portal and inbox usage aligned with your professional or personal obligations
Client portal messages, documents, and meetings are delivered to the connected and authorised users in that workspace. We do not control the underlying legal instructions between those users.
- AI and Content Review
- AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong
- You must review every draft, summary, and suggestion before relying on it
- You must independently check forms, deadlines, service rules, and local procedure
- You should not rely on the platform as a substitute for a qualified lawyer where you need legal advice
- Billing and Subscriptions
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled
- Platform charges cover access to MyMcKenzieCS only
- MyMcKenzieCS does not process client-to-professional service fees, client retainers, or escrow
- Professionals and clients manage their own service invoices and payments outside the platform
- Plan prices and features are shown on the relevant market pages and may change with notice
- Payment failure may trigger retries, grace periods, reminders, and temporary access restrictions
- Read-only, archive, and deletion lifecycle steps may apply after long-term lapse, subject to notices sent to your account email
- Cancellation and Consumer Rights
You can cancel paid subscriptions through your account settings unless a separate plan or written agreement says otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under UK law.
If you request immediate supply of digital services or content, some cancellation rights may be affected to the extent permitted by law.
- Refunds
Refunds are generally limited to cases where a paid service failed to function as described and we could not correct the issue. Refunds are not based on case outcomes, disagreement with AI output, or user error.
- Privacy and Data
Your use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You retain ownership of the content you upload, while granting us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content as part of the service.
- Intellectual Property
The platform, branding, software, workflows, and design remain the property of Lenjordan Ltd. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the platform itself.
- Availability and Changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, unlawful content, payment abuse, security risk, or serious policy violations.
- Liability
- We are not responsible for court outcomes, missed deadlines, rejected filings, or losses caused by incorrect user inputs
- The platform is informational and organisational only
- To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 30 days
- Third-Party Services
The platform relies on hosting, storage, authentication, payment, email, analytics, and AI providers. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for outages outside our control.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that apply to you under consumer law in your place of residence.
